Temporary hospital assignment
We are seeking an experienced Hospital Staff Pharmacist for ! a small, 30 bed critical care hospital located in beautiful northwestern Nebraska. Some outpatient services are offered including hospice, consulting and assisted living. Shifts will be 8 x 5s or 4 x 10s, so flexibility is important. Rotating wekends and on call will be required as needed. This job will start in late December and run through the month of January, 2014.
This job requires a minimum of 1- 2 years clinical experience in an in patient hospital setting. New PGY 1 or PGY 2 grads will be considered if you have had prior clinical hospital internship work.
Must be able to work with a close knit team of pharmacists and technicians. The areas of focus include pediatrics, geriatrics, oncology and more, so a well rounded, experienced pharmacist will put their skills to good use at this assignment.
Must be licensed in the state of Nebraska and enjoy clinical in patient pharmacy work with close interaction with patients and doctors.
