The Outbound Sales Associate is responsible for: pending and no show accounts that have missed their initial installation appointments; reaching out and rescheduling their installation, pending accounts that have not been followed up on; reaching out and scheduling their initial installation, and prospect accounts that have not been followed up on; reaching out, overcoming their objections, taking an initial payment, and scheduling their installation.
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 10:00am-6:30pm CST
- Compensation: Base + commission: average of $30-40K per year

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Communicate with pending and no show accounts (primarily via phone) and reschedule their installations
- Communicate with pending accounts (primarily via phone) and schedule installations
- Communicate with prospect accounts (primarily via phone) and overcome objections to obtain business and take payment
- Make outbound calls to customers - have excellent verbal skills
- Follow up on customer provided lists in a timely manner
- Understand the entire sales process from lead creation, to closing, to installation
- Navigate multiple technology systems efficiently and concurrently (phone, email, chat, etc.)
- Understand Microsoft applications (primarily Excel)
- Conduct competitive shop calls as needed
- Maintain high attention to detail
- Understand and follow shipping rules, guidelines, and pricing
- Perform all other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 0-3 years of sales experience
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Strong motivation and desire to control own income
