We seek a Registered Nurse, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist or Speech Therapist with three (3) or more years rehabilitation experience the role of Rehabilitation Director. In this role you will join a progressive, 142-bed acute care facility. You will the direct the rehabilitation services of the hospital. You will apply the principles of growth and develop! ment to the care of pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric! patients. You will plan, organize, direct, and be accountable for the operation of the department. You will develop the scope of services, short and long term goals, and strategies for the department which are integrated into the hospital wide strategic plan. You will participate in recommending / selecting any outside resources needed for improving departmental operation.
