Summary
The Villa Host Manager oversees the daily operation of assigned Villa Hosts as directed by the Resort Manager. The Supervisor ensures the delivery of highly personalized service with attention to detail by all Hosts and maintains strong communication with the Front Office and other departments. The Villa Host Manager provides the necessary assistance and ensures all arrival villas are checked and meet the standard set-up prior to guest arrival, including in-house VIP guests. Also monitors and controls team member attendance and punctuality, and motivates Villa Hosts to provide the best-personalized service. As a leader, the Villa Host Manager serves as a role model for team members.
Qualifications
3+ years’ experience in a similar role.
A “can do” attitude with a real passion for people.
