Objective: Booking reservations is the main objective - major stream of revenue! A sales- focused individual who can effectively sell and close the deal.
Reports to Reservation Supervisor
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions:
- Answering incoming phone calls, chats and email inquiries from prospective guests to help them find the perfect vacation home
- Outbound/Follow-Up with unbooked leads to increase sales conversion
- Process Guest Contracts and Administrative Tasks related to reservations
- Site Visits of Rental Properties in the Portfolio to help with familiarity and sellability
- Monthly training and reviews to increase sales conversion rate and guest satisfaction
Required Skills and Experience:
- Full Time - 40 hours per week
- Some weekends and holidays
- Remote Work/Work from home approved based on performance
- Must be familiar with the Palm Springs tourism market
- Must have at least 2 years of previous phone sales experience
- Adhere to all Human Resources Processes
- Passion for helping others
- Flexible and Urgent - can change courses quickly
