Position Summary Sales Operations Coordinator interacts with customers and Sales Representatives in response to inquiries regarding products or services to handle and resolve existing /potential issues. The position requires a general knowledge of Stanley Healthcare’s product offering, pricing, IT systems, and policies and procedures. The Sales Operations Coordinator must be able to assist in coordinating sales with the customer and contacting internal representatives as needed to ensure the upmost quality and service. He/she will also process orders and field calls in a fast paced, team oriented environment. Key responsibility is in prov! iding timely, accurate and clear/concise communications to bot! h internal and external customers

Responsibilities

  • The Sales Operations Coordinator is responsible for maintaining and improving customer satisfaction by courteously answering incoming calls and emails, and asking appropriate questions in order to either; a) respond to the calls/emails (in a timely manner) or b) direct calls to the appropriate Stanley Healthcare employee or Sales Representative. The Sales Operations Coordinator is an advocate for the customer and taking care of their needs. • As a primary internal representative of Stanley Healthcare, the Sales Operations Coordinator must convey to both internal and external customers a sense of expertise related to the company’s products/services and policies and procedures. This includes pricing policies as it relates to respective GPO (Group Purchasing Organizations) contracts, and delegation of authority (DOA).
  • The Sales Operations Coordinator is responsible for processing custome! r orders in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner. He/she should also provide timely order confirmations to the customer and Sales Representatives.
  • Respond to customer complaints and concerns immediately and facilitate a satisfactory resolution.
  • Communicate effectively with the Manager of Sales Operations and escalate issues and information as needed to insure management awareness of customer requests, concerns, and issues to appropriate levels of the organization. • Attend daily Sales Operations Coordinator Huddles â€" provide accurate feedback to the Manager of Sales Operations of task status.
  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision both independently and as part of a team in processing orders for standard, custom, and technical products.
  • Acts as an essential member of the Sales Operations Team, maintaining a positive attitude, being respectful of others, and continually adapting to changes in work duties, processes and techn! ologies. Is continually looking at ways to improve their own performanc! e, as well as suggesting changes to existing processes in order to reduce time and add value.
Required Skills & Experience

  • Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree or 2+ years in a customer service environment or equivalent
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn software application
  • Detail oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to perform in a high pressure working environment while meeting deadlines
  • Accurate typing and data entry skills
  • Ability to multi-task on a daily basis
  • Experience in interacting with customers and sales representatives on a regular basis
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a high stress, fast paced environment
  • Ability to manage stress professionally
  • Sales Coordination experience
  • Ability to accept positive criticism for continuous improvement
  • Ability to follow p! olicies and procedures
  • Bachelor Degree preferred
  • Great Plains experience - preferred
  • Medical field/knowledge a plus - preferred
  • Inside sales experience - preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish, German, or French - preferred
  • Space Planning and capabilities of reading blue prints - preferred
  • CRM experience - preferred
  • Furniture background - preferred
  • LEAN knowledge - preferred
  • Auto CAD - preferred
  • 90% of the time is spent in an office environment
  • 10% of the time is spent communicating with other staff
